Happy February!

Even amid winter, there are days with sunshine. In a few of my planters, wee shows of color are appearing, signs that spring is not too far away.

February’s birthstone and flower are amethyst and violet, two of my perennial favorites, and often find their way into my work; they bring such joy!

I’m entering Makers Connect Gallery in Dallas, Texas this month and am looking forward to having unique jewelry in this part of the country.

I can hardly wait until the garage warms up so I no longer need to layer outerwear as if heading on a North Pole expedition, albeit the heater works her little heart out. It’s funny to think that in just a few months we will be bemoaning the heat.
